After selecting the variant we start to work out the product in details. The design includes elaboration of the basic shape of the new product, controls and details.
The output is an electronic 3D model, which serves as a basis for design solutions.

After approval of the design solution we elaborate the individual parts so that they contain all technological requirements for production. We assemble them into logical assemblies, engineering documentation and manufacturing assembly procedures.

When prototyping we produce one or more models according to documentation. We verify design solutions, detect potential deficiencies and update production documentation. We use our own production technologies from 3D printing, low pressure plastic casting, fiberglass to welding of steel structures, etc.

Based on the documentation, we demand production tools and production of individual parts. During the implementation it is sometimes useful to update the production processes, details or some parts in the documentation. We provide full support to our clients during the whole process.
